We are currently working alongside a well-known NFP aged care provider who is looking for a full-time permanent Facility Manager to join their facility based in Sutherland NSW. The organisation is a leading aged care provider that has been operating for over 50 years servicing the elderly within Home Care, Community Services and Residential Aged Care across metro and regional areas of NSW & ACT.
This organisation prides themselves on being able to offer the highest standard of care, ensuring that clients are treated with dignity, respect and security whether it be in their home, residential facilities or independent living units.
The home is looking for a confident, committed and experienced Facility Manager to provide leadership, direction and financial management to their small sized facility. As part of your team, you will have a Care Manager who will be responsible for the clinical aspects of the home.
Skills and Experience
Working experience across residential Aged Care
Desirable to have Cert IV in Leadership and Management
Experience managing staff and providing support to a team
Understanding of quality & aged care accreditation standards
Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
Experience and understanding of ACFI/AN-ACC process
Strong communication skills
Have full working rights.
Minimum 1 year experience as Facility Manager
