Are you a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity in Western NSW Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Permanent Emergency Nurses

Position: Full-Time Permanent Emergency Nurse Location: Various locations across Western NSW  Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conduct initial patient assessments, triage, and prioritize treatment based on the severity of conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and self-management techniques.
  • Adhere to strict medical protocols, infection control practices, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as an Emergency Nurse in a hospital setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
  • Triage trained proffered
  • Excellent clinical skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
