Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing the health needs of residents and clients and formulating comprehensive care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents’ progress while maintaining accurate records.
• Managing a modern Aged Care Centre.
• supporting and collaborating with all staff in the facility

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse qualification with current APHRA
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a care manager or senior registered nurse with prior management experience as a team leader or in another managerial role, are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
• Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
• Experience with dementia care and palliative care support
• Good understanding of NDIS body and its mode of operations
