Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff, promoting a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance processes, driving initiatives for improved care outcomes.
• Work closely with families, healthcare providers, and the wider community to ensure a holistic approach to care.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current practicing certificate.
• Proven experience in a senior clinical role, within dementia and/or psychogeriatric care.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and best practice in aged care.
