Job description

In this role, you will be part of the Senior Leadership team in a multi-disciplinary practice of a well-known company with branches across New Zealand. You will be an integral part of the Dunedin team, boosting and maintaining the hand therapy service in Dunedin alongside two Hand Therapy Associates.

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery.
  • Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products.
  • Build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows.
  • Support and mentor two hand therapy associates in their journey to becoming qualified hand therapists.

What you will need:

  • Registration (or eligibility to obtain registration) with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand (OTBNZ).
  • Current APC/Member of Hand Therapy NZ, PNZ or OTNZ.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • 5 + years experience.
  • ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation.
