About the role

Seeking a positive, kind and friendly registered and enrolled nurses a who are motivated to join one of our leading Healthcare providers in Aged Care. In this role you will work in a friendly and supportive team environment where you will provide clinical support to consumers and ensure consumers receive appropriate care and support to maintain quality of life.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team who a are passionate about consumer care and have ample opportunity to enhance your skills and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Complete holistic assessments
• Develop appropriate care plans
• Evaluate and make clinical decisions
• Guide care staff

About you

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
• Full working rights in Australia
• Min 1 year experience as a RN in Aged Care
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to contribute to and work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently
• Flexible to work on rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon and night
