The Organisation

This is a well-established aged care provider with a strong presence across Australia, specializing in residential aged care. This role is based at one of their homes in Hervey Bay, Queensland.

The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in a large residential aged care facility. You’ll foster strong relationships with both residents and their families, ensuring their clinical care needs are met during your shifts.

This role is based in Hervey Bay and requires someone who can travel to the area. It’s a full-time, permanent position with flexibility in shift patterns. Prior experience in aged care nursing is essential.

Skills and Experience

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in residential aged care
• Passionate about working in aged care
• Knowledge of quality aged care standards and AN-ACC guidelines
• Strong clinical knowledge and skillset
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with solid computer literacy
• Flexibility in shifts and availability
